Using the Savantes Savourgram© to Profile Extra Virgin Olive Oils as a Commercial Advantage

An invitation only, one-off, event to promulgate the use of the innovative flavour profiling  method – the Savantes Savourgram©.

Members of the International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Savantes Register (including those who become members after the skills test on September 11th) will leave with:

  1. The ability to use the Savantes Savourgram©.
  2. The authority to use the Savourgram© in their enterprises for prescribed activities and with appropriate attribution.
  3. Access to modifications and refinements of the method.
  4. Access to the ‘Aegis of Savantes’ affirmation for events.

Every participant will leave with a new and unique practical method of profiling extra virgin olive oil for clients, sales, marketing, blending, training, and events.

Participants are requested to bring:

  • Computers or similar devices with Microsoft Excel for graphical profiling
  • At least 1x 500ml bottle of extra virgin olive oil to be profiled during group sessions
  • Red, green, blue, and black pens for profiling the Advanvced Savourgram©
  • Calculators

 Savantes will supply:

  • Savourgram© profiling sheets
  • Excel profiling templates
  • Instruction notes
  • Extra virgin olive oils for the instructional sessions
  • Disposable tasting cups for those who do not have their own
